I found a box with .54lbs of plutonium, what should I do with it besides the obvious?

I found this dusty old box in the back seat of a car I won at an auction. (I got it for a real steal $500 :D) Anyway it had about .54lbs of plutonium and im trying to figure out what I want to make with it... Other than the obvious warhead applications!

P.S. My budget is $100 as I just blew most of my cash on the car!

Cheers

hack a day is very serious about trolling, careful bro...
by the way im with the guys that say to turn it into the government, your gonna get pwned by an FBI raid and wet your pants when they find you soldering a couple of wires to it.

Are you kidding'? STAY AWAY, right now!

Call 911 or police or any medical agency and give it to them. From wiki: "Plutonium is a radioactive poison that accumulates in bone marrow. These and other properties make the handling of plutonium dangerous."

Keep it - you'll need it to generate the 1.21 gigawatts of electricity needed to power the flux capacitor.

Call any government agency, quickly, and hand it over. I am sure they are already tracing your post back to your computer and are warming up the black vans.

Try to cross over a wall, if you can is because you are dead. The parrot is just dead too. Just take out the hotdogs because with few seconds are well done. Leave the plutonium inside the car, is a new owner problem now. Aluminium foil just help with ET abductions, not with ionizing radiation.

1)how do you know its plutonium? if you have a geiger counter then you should know to get away from it.
2)make a necklace out of a chunk and wear it non-stop, let everyone know how cool you are that you own plutonium
3)call the gov and get a reward for turning it in, if they catch you building something with it you'll get arrested. Ask David Hahn

Tony Stark' miniaturized Arc Reactor only required about 1.5 grams of Palladium. Plutonium is far more dangerous than Palladium, but i would suggest that you attempt to construct a reactor of your very own. you should start by procuring as much free lead scrap as you can get your hands on. old hospitals, lead flashing from roofs that are being rebuilt.. any lead you can find. it is easy to melt and work with, and you will need it to shield you from the radiation, and if you choose to build an iron man armor in the future, running on plutonium, you will need to shield that with the lead as well. so do you need some help building a small-scale plutonium based reactor? or you could just sell the plutonium because it is worth way more than the $500 you spent. at least $4000 a gram, and you would have approximately 245 grams, so you do the math. the longer you hold on to it, the less time you have to be alive.
oh, but keep a small amount to mod your spark plug tips. some of the really good spark plugs use iridium, but you will be the only one out there with plutonium tipped spark plugs.
BTW, pics or it didn't happen ;)

Build a power generator and have the power company pay you when the meter rolls backwards

I was actually thinking the same thing! Only I don't know if I have the guts to mod my car to go back in time... what if I mess something up? what if i meet myself and tell myself something myself doesnt need to know and make the universe implode??????? Maybe I will just stick with something simple like a backup generator for my house, or a hybrid car power pack! :D
