Some more details would be great but let me take a shot what i would do is scarp the mother board if it is shot and depending on the age of the E machine alot of the components will be obsolet with just about every thing new today so you would have to find Another Emachine mother board to put in the case but really you would be suprised how much you can fit in a ps2 fat case
