Im looking for someone with a 3d printer to help me manafacture 620 spools for old cameras. Anybody?

I think I've seen them made from wood. The channel in the middle could be reproduced a number of ways. You could basically have 2 round halves with small spacer bits at the top and bottom. This would replicate it.

If you really want plastic, you could try one of the online 3d printing services like shapeways

looking at what they are, they are not well suited for a rep-rap. the ends are too thin to be produced reliably and from what i have seen it takes a long time to make using that method. if you want to make them you could use epoxy and buy acrylic rod and sheet then glue them together in 3 pieces

The spools have a channel cut along the length (shorter on on side) to help the film sit and spool accuratle, how would you go about cutting that channel? (thankyou for your advice btw)
