USB is 5 volts from the right most and left most pins in the socket. All you need to do is get a 5 volt wall adapter from any basic household item your not using and hook up a female USB socket to it instead of it's normal end. Wiki USB for the exact pin out and how to wire it. It's not hard to do at all.
I made a device that takes any random voltage as an input and mimics a USB ports power output, to charge my ipod nano first gen. The whole circuit fits inside a motorcycle sparkplug box. Piece of cake.
